Places to take your sweetie...today or sometime soon ^-^

Being Valentines Day and all, I thought a few special places to take your sweetie

First off, Seagrape is a romantic place to take somone you love and have a special area all to your self. There are themed areas that once two people walk in, a little sign and velvet rope pops up saying that the area is occupied. Each area is themed differently and all very relaxing. There is a chapel to have a wedding at, and the area also hosted the Slurgis festival recently.

Second on my list is some peaceful time in a quaint french village. Intemptseta Nox is absolutly the spot for this. Its built by some of the same people who built Svarga and is chock full of textures to make your eyes pop, in a good way. Weither your sitting at a table chatting or romantically dancing in the fountian. This is a great spot to propose or just spend some time with somone special. ( By the way, not too far up the hill, they are finishing the Paris Opera House. The area is based off the small villiage in The Phantom of the Opera. ) I will definatly be spending some serious time searching this place.

And last on my list but not least, is a little italian cafe. I looked up Italy in the serch tab and found out that there was a little shopping to be found. Also in the area was a quaint cafe and so I sat a while. Though I could not get my Babbler to work for me, so I could not understand what was said around me, but I had a good time none the less.


I know there are many, many more romantic spots out there, but I coudn't list them all here. I wish you all a Happy Valentines Day. As for me, Ill be spending some quality time with a special someone ^-~.

Not a bad idea to follow this Siren's call

Since I felt like swimming, I decided I'd look for somewhere else than my pond. I found that there are plenty of great places to swim, but one in particular caught my eye. Innisfree is a quiet place to take that someone you love or even just like ^-~

Its full of romantic spots to sit with your honey bunch and just look at the view. The waterways around the area are great for a quick dip, and there are plenty of spots to just relax at the waters edge. If swimming upstream isn't your fav, there is a pool with plenty of rafts and pool toys to splash in.


I enjoyed sitting on the bridge by the waterfall and just imagining the romance that could blossom here. There are picnic blankets, swings and lots of great snuggling spots.

There's even a roman bath, if you feel like soaking while you watch the sun set.


Personally, I think I'll just keep this one in my romance file as a great place to spend Valentines day at.

A romantic get away.

I was exploring the other day and found a very pretty place to relax with that certian someone. C&C Creations has a beatiful island filled with romantic spots to cuddle or more with the love of your sl life. ( They have a store that sells thier wedding supplies or just lovey dovey gifts to give to the avatar you luv ^-^) The island is a large set of mountians with a valley of love in the middle. Thier are spectacular views from the top peaks and wonderful cozy spots in the depths of the valley.


You can cuddle near a waterfall in a swing or on a rug. Sit by a campfire and give your love eskimo kisses. Personally I liked wandering and seeing all the flowers and trees. Im a little afraid of heights, so the views from the peaks were breathtaking in more than one sense.




I wandered with one of my close friends to do this shoot, but he's a little camera shy. So I took one with a close follower, The ever present Blue pose ball ^-^ ( tribute to another travelers blog, she's such an inspiration) By the way, this shot was taken in a hidden area. ^-~


Half of the island is free to explore, the other half is private, but there is still plenty to explore and enjoy. Ok it seems I am unable to find the land mark or the slurl today. I found this on the money tree list ( I hop from place to place sometimes in my old folder of landmarks, as they tend to change every so often to something new), I promise, I will update this with a landmark or slurl as soon as I can ^-^
